Steph Aldridge

Co-Director International and Business Outreach Programme, Co-chair of the International Diversity Special interest Group

Steph Aldridge is a Director at NeuroCyber, and has been instrumental in building and coordinating the UK's first Neurodiversity: Autism into Cyber Event. At Cyber Security Challenge UK, she has served as Cyber Centurion & Diversity Lead, supporting Masterclasses, building content for neurodiversity, CyberCenturion and 'women into cyber' events.


She was seconded to Bletchley Park (2015) as a Curriculum Manager, where she built and delivered the UK's first CyberEPQ, gaining City & Guilds Centre status, the certification now sits with CIISEC.


Steph is a creative problem solver, a dynamic connector, and a big-picture thinker with the end user in mind. She has a real passion for neurodiversity, and the cybersecurity industry is where this passion is being delivered. She firmly believes in the principle of 'Nothing About Us, Without Us.'
