John Madelin

John Madelin is a founding member and innovator of PKI technology in Europe, Board Advisory member of RSA security conferences and growth driver of their business in EMEA.
He designed, built and ran large-scale security services for BT and Verizon’s major clients, achieving top right Gartner ratings, often scoring highest IT service provider ratings from customer feedback.
Previously, John was a Business information Security officer for Cognizant GGM, a 300,000 global systems integrator, with front line defensive Cyber roll and in depth incident handling experience.
He also advises on boards interacting on cyber mergers and acquisitions and new business opportunities in Security, based on a mix of both understanding the technicalities, and as a Chartered Accountant; making it pay.
John currently serves on advisory boards for three cyber security businesses. As Advisory Board Chairman of RISCS, as advisor to UK Government on Cyber security, as a Co-Director of CSE Connect advising on UK Cyber Education.
